This will be my first entry on my experience to see the Angkor temples in Siem Reap, Cambodia. First impressions:
- amazingly huge and old
- skillful workmanship - imagine building these temples without cement
- creative and artistic carvings - the delicate carvings on the wall several centuries ago existed until now
- very religious society
- high respect and faithfulness for its kings
- the contrast between then and now
More stories and pix next time.
But definitely a must-see for everyone, at least once in their lifetime :)
