The year is slowly beginning for me. i'm almost done with my 100-things to do list, which i plan to kick start by finding a drum teacher. yes, i want to learn to play the drums. why drums? well, i've tried guitar when i was 15 and that didn't go very far. i know a bit of piano but can't play a song. so now, i intend to learn drums and hopefully become a full-fledge drum player ;o)
I found out yesterday that i have a total of 31 days of leave this year. and today, a local airline was given the rights to conduct long-haul flights from Malaysia to Europe and Asia :) one of the first offers is to fly to London at RM9.99 (1Eur = RM4.60) which is less than Eur3!! imagine?!!?! so maybe, i will get my way to Europe afterall this year :-) the promotions only start in July though so that's still six months to wait and knowing my fellow kiasu Malaysians, i might not even get those cheap tickets. still worth dreaming about it though ;)
So yes, that's the highlight of my new year. two house-warmings this month and a wedding. yes, the wedding queue has started again. i already took a break last year and therefore have no more excuse now. first the weddings, then the new homes, the next thing to come is babies ... oh wait, actually that has started already last year ... hm, m really way behind hor ... no where near marriage, no house to my name and obviously no babies to bear ... hehe ...
